1Information we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone, business name, address and NTN/Tax ID you provide.
• Business data — clients, invoices, trips and amounts you create.
• Technical data — basic device and usage information needed to run the app.

2How we use your data

• To create and operate your account and generate invoices.
• To send transactional emails such as sign-up verification, password reset and account-deletion confirmation codes.
• To provide support and improve the service.

3Contacts permission

If you choose “Pick from contacts”, the app reads a contact you select only to fill in a client’s name and phone. We do not upload or store your full address book.

4Sharing

We do not sell your data. Invoices are shared only when you choose to send them (e.g. via WhatsApp or email). We use trusted infrastructure providers (database and email delivery) strictly to operate the service.

5Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is scheduled for permanent removal after a 14-day grace period.

6Security

Passwords are hashed and access is protected by authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7Your rights

You can view and update your profile in the app, and request account and data deletion at any time.
