By creating a BillShare account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate business and contact details. You confirm you are authorised to bill on behalf of your business.
BillShare is invoicing software. It does not process or guarantee payments between you and your clients, and is not a party to any transaction. Collection of dues remains entirely between you and your client.
Paid plans (Pro, Fleet) are billed in advance for the stated period. Features depend on your active plan. Prices may change with prior notice.
You retain ownership of your business data, clients and invoices. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion at any time from the app. Deletion is confirmed by an email code and your data is scheduled for permanent removal after a 14-day grace period, during which you may cancel by logging in.
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillShare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or unpaid client invoices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
